"Born and raised in the breathtaking Kootenay region, I've always been drawn to nature's serenity. Growing up, I spent countless hours swimming, canoeing, and hiking, fostering a deep connection to the land. This connection inspires my work as a Registered Massage Therapist as I long to bring the freedom of movement I’ve experienced my whole life in these mountains to my clients.

My journey into the healing arts began at age 9, receiving transformative massages from talented therapists. This sparked a passion for giving back to my community. Alongside massage, I'm a dedicated visual artist, capturing the beauty of nature on canvas. My yoga training and studies in ancient teachings have deeply informed my practice, emphasizing loving kindness, compassion, and presence.

I'm grateful for the guidance of native elders and teachers, who've shared wisdom on the medicine wheel, Blackfeet Grandmother teachings, and other spiritual traditions. These influences have shaped my path, illuminating the importance of loving kindness, compassion, and service. In my practice, I strive to embody these principles, supporting clients through life's physical challenges with gentle, intuitive touch and compassionate presence."
